Good communication between the home and school is vital to promote a healthy relationship between all of us. Please feel free to contact me any time with questions, comments, concerns, or information about your child. There are several options for communication between us:
- Email: vgraham@dadeschools.net. I check my email in the morning and before I turn the computer off as I leave the classroom in the afternoon. I will return emails as soon as possible and am very timely with this type of communication.
- Class Dojo: This year, students will get their own portfolios to document and share their work with you on ClassDojo. I’ll also use ClassDojo to message you and post announcements. It’s the easiest way for you to see what your child is working on, and to get in touch with me. Traditionally, this has been my quickest form of communication because Class Dojo is also the electronic class management system I use in my class.
- Notes: If you send a note to school with a student, I will respond within a timely manner.
- Telephone Calls/Text Messages: I am accessible by phone on breaks and after school before 6pm. If you call or text my phone, I will respond in a timely manner.
